The 82sqm apartment has a spacious living room with kitchen island, a comfortable sofa and direct access to the small green front garden, where you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning or a last wine in the evening. The bathroom with underfloor heating is accessible from both bedrooms. All rooms have the typical Berlin old-style arms with high stucco ceilings and old wooden floorboards. Walls and floors are made with natural colors or Oils are painted, the laundry and the whole apartment is cleaned exclusively with organic products and may therefore smell and shine so well. I purchase electricity and gas from a green electricity provider. The whole facility is equipped with high quality and natural materials. There is no TV, but there is an iSong book with radio and my personal music collection, WiFi, children's books and games and lots of good energy. The apartment is on the ground floor and is therefore ideal for families whose children want to go around the corner to the playground, but also for guests who shy away from stairs or want to be in the middle of the city.
The apartment is in a typical Berlin apartment building, but with its own entrance. So you have a lot of friendly neighbors, who you can certainly ask for sugar or milk - mutual help but also consideration in the neighborhood goes without saying. Parties and smoking are generally not allowed in the apartment ... but feel very much at home.
